I came in right before closing last week and Natalie gave me a hair cut regardless of the time, she did a great job on a high fade and was fun to visit with! Thanks Natalie I'll be returning for sure!

So I rate this location with 1 star because a couple things. 1. First rule of any customer service interaction and or life, if you don?t know ask. 2. Constructive feedback is helpful and should be received as helpful not as an insult. 3. Listen to your customer, sounds simple, if a customer asks for example in my situation I wanted a low blend to allow the blend to not take away length from my particular haircut and I leave with a high hair cut that resembles more of a bowl haircut than a blend that?s a huge issue. If I were paying for a $14 haircut I guess I would expect $14 results but I?m paying $22 plus shampoo + some times I purchase products add $10 tip into that and the end result being a Botched haircut. The quality and training is clearly lacking. I will not be returning to this location.
